What Does Moderate Respiratory Flora Mean?

Thank you. My daughter had a septic threat according to ENT. He sent her to infectious disease doctor who gave IV and stopped fever. Trying to keep her well because of college exams. Tonsillitis, etc scheduled for next week. Required her to go back for testing in case she needs IV meds before surgery. Preliminary shows moderate respiratory flora - is that normal or signs of infection? Thank you.
