Hi,I am Dr. Subhankar Chakraborty (Gastroenterologist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have been noticing, off and on, orangish looking bubbles, probably mucus in my stool and floating in the water. A little is on the tissue. I am afraid I don t have the best eating habits. If I drink a fiber drink it seems to go away for a while but maybe that is a coincidence. Thank you for any advice!!! Cody
Hi. Thanks for your query, albeit sort and specific. Noted your history of bubbles, floating stools and mucus like things along with bad eating habits. I would advise you the following; First of all get the stool chacked as it will give a proper reason and diagnosis. Secondly, alter your eating habits to normal diet rich in fibers, cooked at home and eaten fresh. If the stool tests show a specific problem say like infection or so, get a proper treatment as per the reports. Take probiotics and multivitamins to supplement.
