What Does Multiple Loops On My Small Bowel Mean ?

I had an MRI in Jan 2011 there was an addendum with the 1st page for my back. The addendum was never read my the Dr. I just requested copies of all my records, to have when I went for a second opinion. I was reading them and it stated I multiple loops in my small bowel , and possibility of rapidly developing mass, he never said one word this MRI was done in jan 2011, I have sever pain on upper left quad, and enlarged left rib cage

As now the clue is made go for further investigations without wasting time and get the diagnosis,
Consult gasroenterologist and get the diagnosis and start treatment as early as possible.
