I understand your concern.
HCG levels are measured to know weather you are pregnant or not. Also,
ultrasound abdomen is dine to confirm the same.
In your case, HCG levels have increased. But to tell the progress, it needs to double at every 48 to 72 hours. Also, in early weeks of
pregnancy,
gestational sac is the first to appear followed by
fetal pole (
yolk sac). By 8 weeks of pregnancy, fetal cardiac activity can be picked by ultrasound scan and it will suggest that the pregnancy is viable.
Since you had spotting, it would be better to take adequate bed rest for few weeks and avoid strenuous physical activity. Also, keep yourself well hydrated by consuming good quantities of liquids.
You can monitor blood HCG levels once in 3 days and get an ultrasound abdomen done after 2 weeks to know the progress.
Kindly consult Gynecologist with reports for proper evaluation and management.
