What Does My MRI Suggest?

can you please explaing what is meany by following MRI report
MRI suggests disc at L4-L5 , L5-S1 causing thecal sac & nerve root compression & Disc bulge at L3-L4
whether surgery is compulsory ?
what are the precautions to be taken for avoid escalation of the above problem
whether it can be cured by physiotherapy

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Its age related complication and also due to over weight .you didnt mention either of them,,
surgery is needed only when you have symptoms like parethesia of your limbs,difficulty while you sit and stand,and if you are passing urine and stool with out your consiousness.
some time if you have associated bone degeneration you will have disc problem.
precautions can be taken
if over weight -- reduce your weight
if you age is
if your age is >45 its hormone related bone issues in female and male age related
and surely its treatable with regular physiotherapy
