What Does My MRI Suggest?

mri noted severe facet arthropathy/ligamentum flavum hypertrophy with grade 1 anterolisthesis on L4-L5 as well as moderate to severe L4-5 stenosis.
Problems with L2-3, L3-4 & L5-S1 are not as serious except for mild right foraminal narrowing and mild to moderate left foraminal narrowing. Lumbar spondylosis

It means that the space between your vertebrae, from which nerves leave the spinal cord, is narrowed due to a structural damage to the intrervertebral space, joint problems and fusion of 4th and 5th lumbar vertebra.
This is causing symptoms in the areas distributed by that nerve.
