What Does My USG Report Suggest?

My USG shown this result is it good - Cervix : Internal os is closed, fetus: Single, Live, Fetus in Cephalic Presentationm, Placenta is located fundo, posteriorly wall of uterus & showing grade III maturity. Lower margin of placenta is well away from closed internal os.
