What Does My USG Report Suggest?

my wife (48Yr) is subjected USG due to stop of her regular period . We have only one child of 5ys. The report (USG Lower Abdomen) has mentioned that (1) Anteverted bulky uterus (with? Fibroids) measuring 10.1X6X5.6cm in size. There is evidence of ill-defined isoechoic to hypoechoic lesion meas 3X2.5cm noted at fundus of uterus. Another such lesion seen at left lateral wall meas 3X2.5cm. (2) Bulky Cervix meas 3.6X2.1cm. However, echotexture appear normal. (3) Right Ovarian Cyst Pls. forward your valuable advice to get ride off such problems. Is there any natural remedy ? or must to go for any surgical or through medicine for cure ???

Hi,

According to the scan, your uterus has increased in size with fibroids. You can repeat scan after 3 to 6 months to assess its growth. It needs to be removed surgically if increases in size.
