Hi, These are bone mineral density tests and are used to evaluate osteoporosis. You have guessed the locations of your scan report partially correctly. It is done for lumbar vertebrae, total hip and femur. All the tests indicate reduced bone mineral density and severely too for your age. S.D is standard deviation and most of your reports are minus 1.5 or more deviation from normal limits for your age. You can start on biphosphonate group of drugs after getting a medication prescription from your doctor. Also vitamin D and calcium supplement along with life style modifications like physiotherapy, passive/ active exercises., nutritional diet and avoidance of fracture is necessary. If you have any further queries, happy to help.
