Welcome to health care magic.

1.The report suggest there is a ductal carcinoma with lymph nodal enlargement.
2.Ant the PET CT suggest the bone signals - suggest the bony involvement.
3.The chest x-ray suggest there is no lung metastasis, there is no confirmative imaging to say there is chest wall involvement.
4.In this case there is nothing said about the liver lung metastasis, or brain - but bony is seen.
5.This can be seen in case of any inflammatory conditions - so depending on the extensions its early stages, on consideration of bony its late stages.

Good luck.
Hope i have answered your query,
