What Does My Following Medical Report Indicate?
I had a endometrial curettings (2H&E) performed last week. The reports read weakly proliferative endometrium with focal stromal breakdown, and focal stromal decidualization consistent with progestin effect. No atypia identified. What does that mean and how to treat or correct?
