hi there, your semen analysis report shows you have decreased volume,and motility . You haven't mentioned the morphology. Motility and morphology have a bearing on your fertility rate and so it would be helpful if you could suppy that information. You will need to visit an andrologist who will evalute the cause of the decreased motility which could be due to a varicocele or any other hormonal imbalance condition.
