What does this mean in simple terms please ? I had a saline hysteroscopy on thursday . Findings :- moderate rectocoele, mild cysto oele , 1st degree uterine descent cervix normal uterus 8.5 wks A/V; Cavity - polypoidal endometrium . Specimen sent for histology

hello user,your findings are rectum is descending down,bladder is also coming down from its place.uterus is also coming down from its place,the innermost lining of uterus which is called endometrium is having polyps[small nodule like structures}.you can consult your gynecologist for further management.thanks.
