Welcome to health care magic.

1.Uterus anteverted - means uterus tilted anteriorly in relation to the bladder. Endometrial thickness is 6.8mm which is normal.
2.Both ovaries shows multiple peripherally arranged follicles with central echo-genic storm. ( which is called PCOD - polycystic ovarian disease )
3.The symptoms in PCOD are any of these. Irregular menstrual cycle, increased weight, facial hair growth.
4.Treatment includes hormonal treatment.
5.There is no free fluid means no inflammation in the pelvis, cervix appears normal. Good luck.

Hope i have answered your query.
