What Does My Thyroglobin Antibody Test Result Indicate?

My doctor suspects that a thyroid nodule that I have may be cancerous. He got the results of my thyroglobin antibody test, but I do not understand them. It says the normal range is between 0.0-0.9 IU/mL. My level is 1.0. He is my endocrinologist and they are having a hard time determining what is going on with me. I am just worried about these results, and if they are normal.
