What Does My Urinalysis Suggest?

Good morning I have Positive Urinalysis results for Albumin, Ketones, and Bilirubin. I also have a + dipstick result for Urobilinogen, and a 0-1 hpf for Microscopic RBC, and 0-2 hpf for Pus Cell. What would these results indicate? Thank you very much!

Hello dear
I understand your concern
Following are the cause of
Presence of the albumin: diabetes, hypertension, glomerulonephritis, auto immune involvement of the kidney.
Presence of the Ketone: starvation and uncontrolled diabetes
Presence of the bilirubin and urobiliongen: drug induced haemolysis, hemolytic jaundice and obstructive jaundice
So your report should be correlated with the blood sugar/blood presssure, lipid profile.
RBC and pus cell are in the reference range.
So you can ask the doctor for above causes.
Drink plenty of water, take healthy diet, do regular exercise and avoid stress.
Hope this may help you
