What Does My Urine Test Mean?

Hi i am 32 year old unmarried girl. my urine test indicates pus cell 8-10 hpf, epithelial cells 12-15 hpf. yeast budding cells are seen in test. wht does it shows? pls tel me. I have taken as entrancement some antibiotics for 1 week. pls expalin if its serious. pls m worried.
