What Does My Urine Test Report Indicate?

My URINALYSIS, MICROSCOPIC (CULTURE IF INDICATED) came back with RBC, URINE HPF at 26-50 with MUCOUS, UR SED, QL, AUTOMATED COUNT present. Also a few SQUAMOUS EPITHELIAL CELLS, URINE SED, AUTOMATED COUNT, QUAL . Everything else is normal. I have been experience pain and tenderness on right side under ribs. Is this something to worry about?

Hello and welcome to HCM.
Your concern is understandable.
As an Urologist, i must advise you to see a doctor, as your pain could be due to a stone on the right sided kidney or tube below it.
RBC is blood in urine, commonly seen in stone cases.
An urine culture must be done.
Drink 10-12 glasses liquids daily.
