Urologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist,i can understand your anxiety.
All urine parameters point to an urinary infection.( UTI ).
UTI can be confirmed, by doing an urine culture-sensitivity test.
That will confirm the diagnosis and proper treatment can be started.
Your symptoms will subside quickly and give you relief.
Do blood routine, creatinine and RBS. Drink about 10-12 glasses fluids daily.
If you've any doubts, send a direct question to me,with reports.
Dr.Matthew J. Mangat.
