What Does My Urine Test Report Suggest?

What is meaning of "No aerobic pyogenic organism grown after 48 hrs incubation at 37 degree celcius"? Since my son had urine infection( had puss cells around 6-7%) few days back so doc. suggested us to go ahead with urine culture test. Can you please help me to understand the report results?

I really appreciate your concern, Aerobic is organism which grows in presence of air, pyogenic the bacteria which cause pus formation is called pyogenic, and these are not grown in culture process, the pus cells that are being detected are consider as normal, no need to worry about this, hope this information helps you have nice day.
