What Does My Urine Test Result Indicate?

I had a urine test and hvs,pus cells for urine is 1-2hvs.epithelia cells ++,red bllod cells nil,others nil. For hvs it reads pus cells 1-2 hpf,epithelia cells +++,red blood cells nil,trichomonas vaginalis,not seen, yeast cells nil. Please what does this mean?

Thanks for query.
It is normal to have presence of 1-2 pus cells ,epithelial cells in routine urine analysis .
It does not signify any infection.
