What Does Normal Sized Cervix With Normal Echotexture, Uterus Is Anteverted Indicate?

my partner and i are planning to have our first bay and i just had sonography two weeks ago,the first tells normal sized cervix with normal chotexture, uterus is anteverted,endometrium is slightly thickened and intact,normal sized ovaries with dominant follicle in the left,no free fluid in the cul de sac,then after a week i had another ultrasound yo monitor the follicle and the result was normal cervix,normal sized anteverted uterus,both ovaries are normal with corpus luteum, plus free fluid n the cul de sac.. can u help me understand.. will i be pregnant already?thanks

Thanks for writing to HCM

You have absolutely normal findings.
Uterus and cervix is normal in size and echotexture.
Endometrium is slightly thickened.It varies with the stage of menstrual cycle.

Follow up scan shows signs of ovulation.It is indicated by mild fluid in POD and formation of corpus luteum.

So,your USG findings are normal.You are not pregnant in present study.
