General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

You have Anterior Cruciate Ligament tear problem. If knee pain is persistent, then you should consult a nearby orthopedic surgeon for examination and get your digital x-ray again.

According to x-ray report, further management plan is decided. Big toe numbness could be from Vitamin B12 deficiency, thyroid problem, vascular problem, electrolyte disturbance et cetera.

So, for primary work up serum B12, serum sodium, serum potassium, serum calcium can be investigated. If needed than to rule out vascular problem Color Doppler investigation done. Also, consult physician for examination.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami
