Why Is There Numbness On My Left Toe ?

i have been feeling this numbness on my left big toe that hasnt gone away. The numbness only affects the top right section of my toe and everywhere else feel fine

You have not mentioned your age.
If toy are elderly then it is possible that you might have degenerative changes in your lumbo sacral region causing pressure or irritation of nerve giving rise to numbness on the great toe.
Go for diabetes check up also.
Go for x ray lumbo sacral region.
