HI Thanks for posting your query to Healthcaremagic.
You have mentioned that his BP falls when he gets up from bed in the morning but I need to know what are his BP readings after that. That is , what are his BP in noon evening and night.
Clearly it indicates that his medication dosage and it's timings is not proper and needs further adjustment .
My advise for him is to get a 24 hour BP monitoring done . It's called 24 hour Ambulatory BP monitoring . You don't have to be in lag for 24 hours. Just go to a diagnostics they will attack one small device to his hand and it will check his BP throughout day and night .
Once we know his BP readings for whole 24 hours we can tailor the medication dosage and its timing accordingly .
Kindly get this done and revert back with report . Also let me know his BP medications , dosage and its timings.
Hope this information was useful to you. Any clarifications feel free to ask .
Regards.
