What Does Orange And Pink Vaginal Discharge Indicate?

I have the mirena. I haven t had a normal period in a little more than 4 years. My husband and I had sex last night and he came in me. I just went to the restroom and when I wiped there was a bright orangish pink discharge. I am extremely confused. Please help?!

The pinkish discharge is usually either a sign of an upcoming period, an ending period or due to factors like birth control. In my opinion, the mirena is the cause for your presentation and thus requires no real reason to panic or treatment.
