What Does Orange Urine And Fever Indicate?

My daughter is 25. Running low grade temp 4 days. Experienced dizziness 2 days. Extremly fatigued 4 days. No pain. No soar throat. Thought she might have low iron so began eating raisins, apricots & spinach. Has orange tinted urine and 99.7 temp day 4.

As you describe, your daughter might be having the urinary tract infection. or throat infection.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
you may need to have the tests of blood and urine for diagnosis.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms cifixime, paracetamol, ranitidine, citrizine,phenylephrine.
