What Does Pain After Urination With Brownish Red Discharge Indicate?

Hi, i've been having Discomfort when i urinate, there's no pain when I urinate, however, by the end of the urine stream I feel a little pain. I am also experiencing pelvic pain that comes and goes. When I wiped my vagina with tissue paper, a somewhat discharge that looked like a clot with a brownish red color appeared. What's wrong with me? Please help!
