I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You may have urinary tract infection. You should go for urine routine and microscopic examination. You should also go for ultrasound abdomen to search and rule out other cause like stoneror renal problems. Levofloxacin or norfloxacin can be helpful to you. It is prescription based medicine so consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
