Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Tingling can sometimes be related to disorders of the nerve, MS is one of the conditions that can cause these symptoms but there are a number of other causes as well. MS is not usually associated with muscular symptoms. Some of the other causes include - diabetes, thyroid disease, side effect of medication, liver or kidney disease, infection, low vitamin B12 or folate, abnormal B6, RA or lupus or other autoimmune diseases. Blood tests would help determine the cause.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Michelle Gibson James
