What Does Pain Around The Abdomen Upon Sneezing Indicate?

My 7 year old daughter has pain right around the belly area . She feels it more when sneezing.. What drew my attention is that she points to the area on her stomach where usually the Dr during the check up, physically examine by tapping on the area lightly .. and then uses a stethoscope to listen

Hello,

I think your daughter might have pulled an abdominal muscle. The rectus abdominis muscle is in the front of the belly. In addition to keeping the stomach and intestines inside the belly, this muscle helps the body bend at the waist.

Has she done any play activities or exercises that required her to bend forward? This muscle may be sore and sneezing causes the muscle to move and cause pain.
