Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Here as per history you can have spinal problem in cervical vertebra that can lead numbness feeling in hand. So evaluate bulging disk like problem that lead to nerve compression by MRI scan or simply x ray if effective. According to cause specific treatment given. Consult orthopedic surgeon for examination.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
