What Does Pain In Centre Of Chest Indicate?

I am experiencing pain in the center of my chest, exactly the center, coupled with extreme reflux. I am being treated for reflux, and it is new to me. I also get pain in the pit of my stomach...still in center of torso, neither left nor right, and also center under my belly button. Could all of these pains be related to the reflux? I am thinking a possible hiatal hernia? thanks.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, such symptom is indication of GERD (Gastroesophageal reflux Disease) some time this may aggravate with stress, in my opinion this can be best managed with "Tab Omeprazole 40 mg and Domperidone 30 mg once in day at the evening time, for four week,, hope this information helps, take care.
