What Does Pain In Lower Abdomen With Little Bleeding Indicate?
hello yesterday i had pain in my lower abd on the left side this morning i woke up and notice that when i wipe i see blood its not much and i still have the pain. my last period finished on 10/14/14 and im so scared hoping its not cancer. during the 3rd day of my last period i felt more pain than usual and it was to the lower left side. is this something that i should go to the emergency room right away for? thank you.
I can understand your concern. The symptoms you are describing indicate more towards urinary tract infection or presence of kidney stones or infection of the vaginal tract, ovaries etc. rather than cancer. Please do not worry about cancer in these circumstances.
I would advise you to visit your gynecologist for physical examination. You might have to go through blood and urine analysis and/or sonogram to confirm the diagnosis and based on that, treatment can be started. The pain you felt in lower abdomen during your last periods might be due to menstruation only as uterus contracts during such days.
I hope this answer helps you. Thank you for choosing HealthcareMagic. I wish you feel better soon!
