What Does Pain In Testicles Indicate?

i am 28 years old ,, 170 and im 5'11' ,, my heath as far as i know has been good. but recently my left testicle is hurting ,, off an on for a little now it is getting a little worse,, it feels like it is getting pinched and feels like it is in my blater. any ideas?

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history: male/28 in a young reproductive age group having pain in the left testicle recently, off and on foe a little and now getting worse.
It is felt like pinched and so on.

The commonest reason at your age group of the pain only on one side that too of left is a varicocele.
Another reasons can be epididymitis, orchitis or a cyst and so one.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
First of all get an ultrasonography and color doppler examination.
Tests of blood
Tests of urine
Tests of semen analysis.
These things in addition to the clinical evaluation and examination by a General Surgeon or Urologist will help you to et the correct diagnosis and a plan for a proper treatment.
