What Does Pain In The Abdomen And Chest Indicate?

Im suffering from what I believe is heartburn. It came on a couple hours after dinner and feels like a gripping pain in my stomach and chest. At times, it goes into my neck. I m unable to sleep with it. I took an antacid, Famotidine, 20 mg 3 hours ago and it hasn t helped much. Could I take another one? Thank you, Flossie O Day

avoid taking spicy food and drinks lots of water fruits and juices.and maitain proper timing for regular diet.
