What Does Pain In The Buttocks Indicate?

Hi I m 26 and male have a pain under my right inner buttock I have not been doing anything to physical And it has come from no where, there is a bit that s so so sore to touch about 2cm anywhere else is fine to touch but the pain is starting to go down the inside of my right leg

Hello,
In my opinion the pain may be due to infection in anal canal or due to anal fissure.
Secondly there might be collection of pus in the subcutaneous tissue.
It is advisable to get a rectal examination done followed by MRI scan(if indicated).
