What Does Pain In The Chest Indicate?

I fell on my bum today, quite hard on a solid surface. Since this, my chest had been in pain. Just above my breasts, it Hurst when I turn my head or hunch my shoulders forward. I used my hands to take some of the impact when I fell. Does this have anything to do with it?

Hi,
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.com.

I had gone through your question I can understand your concern about your chest pain.

As per your history it seems to be either the fracture of rib or the tear of intercoastal muscle.

You need to visit an general practitioner, and get a chest X Ray done to check for any rib fracture. In case there is any strain on the muscle of chest wall it may be painful during inhalation or exhalation of air.

Yiu need to take rest, and also if the pain is annoying take a muscle relaxant with analgesic like Zerodol MR.

Hope my answer will help you and visit us back if you have any questions further

Regards
