What Does Pain In The Chest Indicate?

my daughter when she was 9,or 10 she was complaining that she has a pain in her heart especially when she is stressed. As years go by I took her to the doctor and the doctor said her heart is smaller than her age and referred her to a specialist I don t know what test did the specialist do and he asked whether is she active and I said yes because by then she was very active in sport in her school. The doctor said I must not worry it is just that she is growing slowly she will be okay. I took her to the same doctor that reffered her to the specialist last year he just check her Blood pressure and said she is okay. last week we took a long walk and we were walking fast she complaint and said she feels like vomiting and has a headache do I have to worry?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello

Did you checked if she has anemia? What other exams did she perform? The nausea after running it might be due to dehydration or because of a heavy meal just before running. I don't thing it's serious but I would suggest to keep checking with the cardiologist.

Kind regards
