What Does Pain In The Chest Indicate?

I went to see a specialist because I had a lot of pain in my chest. It felt like my clavicle was dislocated. Dr took xray and said there was no break and gave me a cortisone shot in the chest area that hurt. It s been 2 weeks and the pain has worsen. I have a lump in the upper middle of my chest and a lot of pain in my upper back along with pain shooting down my neck. Also, when I press on my right side breast bone, my upper back feels like an arrow went through it. What could possibly be wrong?

it can be confirmed by taking xray.treatment is figure 8 bandage. consult pulmunologist and orthopaedic surgeon if any dislocation and fracture it can be treated according to there advise.lump can be tested by clinical examination and palpation can take analgesic like combiflam. can apply warm phomantation
