What Does Pain In The Chest Indicate?

what is causing radiating pain in my chest going to my colar bones nd I also feel it in the bottom of my jaw. I have have a heart tracing and my D says there is nothing to worry about. He has given me nitro spray but it doesn t seem to help. It does not happen when I am in a resting state but when I am more physical.
