Hello there I have read through your question and would like to tell you that since your lupus and rheumatoid work up came back normal most likely the pain is due to overuse. I would advise you to avoid working with that hand for a few days . Apply ice and do light stretching exercises. Take an antiinflammatory like ibuprofen for a few days. If the pain is not relieved in a few days get an X Ray of the elbow joint done and consult an orthopaedic. I hope that answers your question. If you have any further questions please feel free to write. Thank you for choosing healthcare magic.
