What Does Pain In The Eyebrows Indicate?

My nephew keeps on moving his head like bobing it and raising his eyebrows. it is obviouly not dome on purpose. my sister is going to talk to me about it, iwas kust reading on tics, etc. he is 16 and started a few months ago. i pray its not touretees, i dont think it is ,a she doesnt have other symptoms mentioned. he is a very accomplished boy. dont know how it started,,,

Hello,

By your history and description, the possibility of tics is more likely. And in juvenile age, the most common cause of tics is undiagnosed stress and anxiety. So better to take him to a psychiatrist and get done counseling sessions. Try to identify stressor in his life and start working on its solution. He may need anxiolytic drugs (propranolol and flunarizine combination) too. Don't worry he will be alright with all these.
