What Does Pain In The Finger Tips Indicate?
My finger tips are suken in as well as heels of my feet. they hurt, thought I was dehydrated so I drink at aaleast 6-7 16.9 0z bottles of water a day, it runs right through me. Why isn t my body absorbing, retaining. I take multivitamin every day. I am on no meds at all and in good health. Bp is usually between 114-124 over 66-77.

Hello,
It is due to minor contusion or sprain, fracture is unlikely.
As of now you can use analgesics/anti inflammatory combination like aceclofenac/serratiopeptidase for symptomatic relief.
If symptoms persists better to consult an orthopaedician and plan for an MRI scan.
