What Does Pain In The Hips Indicate?

Hello, I am quite ill tonight. I had xrays on my right hip near my pelvis. Was told I have arthritus, 2 years ago I had surgery on my back {lower vertebrate s were incased and screwed down) it caused additional pain when scar tissue built up and pressed on the nerves. Scans were done that showed no other reason for excess pain. I went in for a series of steroid shots the pain eased for all of 3 monthes. In desperation I consulted with a Medical Marijuana, met with a Doctor and filled out necessary paper to use Cannibus Oil. Got my certificate for use and started a regiment of a dose the size of a grain of rice. My pain went from a 9.5 to 1.5. Side effect my blood pressure became eradicable. Doctor weaned me off blood pressure medication. 2 months later pain started in my right hip. That s when I was told I had arthritus. the prescription they wrote had a 183 co-pay, can t do it. Told him was also having trouble with my short term memory, he prescribed Arecept. Took it for almost a week, I am quite sure that is what is making me so horribly nauseous , I am not going to take any more of it. And to top off my fun time.....I have never had acme, but my cheeks were breaking out. I am told it is Rosacea. Co-pay is way way to high so am looking for alternative. Does any of this make sense.
