What Does Pain In The Hips Indicate?

I have pain in my left hip on and off for a few month. The last two mornings I have pain up to just bel Low my rib cage and felt nauseous. Also pain in left shoulder and occasional arm numbing at night last several nights Last period 9/22 Last bowel movement yesterday morning No shortness of breath an can take deep breaths
