Some advices that I can give to you are
-Rest,avoid the activities that cause the pain.
-Ice. Apply an ice pack to the area where you're feeling the pain can reduce inflammation and make your hip feel better.
-Compression by wrapping a thick Ace bandage around the pelvis and hip.
-Elevation
-It’s best to skip these activities when you have
hip pain like running,exercises that involve moving your leg away from your body, which may include some
yoga poses and Pilates exercises
-you can usually relieve the pain with an over-the-counter pain medication such as
Tylenol or a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug such as
Motrin or
Aleve.
