What Does Pain In The Hips Indicate?

I ve had hip pain for over the past year, which I ve had a mri done which came back normal. I did a lot of running and my physio felt that I had just injured my hip. The pain has never went away, also I can t sleep on it most nights. Over the past few months I ve had strong urine and going to the bathroom every 5 minutes and doing full pees all the time. I done a urine sample at home and my ph was at 7.8 any help would be great thanks.

-Use anti inflammatory medications such as Ibuprofen three times a day
-Applying an ice pack to the area where you're feeling the pain can reduce inflammation
- Compression and elevation can help
- If you don't get better you should consult your doctor about taking prescribed Corticosteroids
