General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

I would like to tell you that recurrent UTI (Urinary tract infection) may be a sign of renal or ureteric calculus. I would advise you to get an ultrasound done as soon as possible.

If the diagnosis is confirmed, then you may have to undergo a surgical procedure or ESWL depending on the location and size of the calculi. Meanwhile, you can take a painkiller like Tab Tramadol to relieve the pain. Drink lots of water.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nazma.Amman
