Hello welcome to the health care magic

Shoulder pain not related to menstruation.

If pain continous than bursitis, tendinitis, arthritis etc can be ruled out.
For that x ray shoulder joint done.

Second for abortion if it is repeated chromosomal problem, lupus, thyroid problem etc needed to be ruled out.

USG pelvis also needs to be done along with serum estrogen, FSH, LH investigation needed

Hope this will help you

Do intercourse around ovulation time to get pregnant

Take care
